Refund policy

Due to the nature of hand-painted needlepoint canvases and the difficulty/expense getting returned goods back to Canada we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you have an issue with your order, email us right away with a photo of the issue. Photos help us with inventory, insurance, and training to avoid future mistakes. We’ll make sure the correct item gets to you as soon as possible.
